You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to keep information accurate, but:

- Prices and specifications may change without notice

- Vehicle images are for illustration only; actual vehicles may differ

- Availability of vehicles, parts, and services varies by location and stock

- Offers, financing, and warranty programs are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell. Final terms are set out in the relevant written agreement signed at our showrooms or service centers.

5. AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Information about service centers, spare parts, warranty, and 24/7 roadside assistance is provided for general guidance. Actual coverage, terms, and pricing are governed by the relevant service contract or warranty booklet.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We may share your information in specific situations and with specific third parties, including the original equipment manufacturers and brands we represent in Egypt — such as Hyundai, Mazda, Chery, Haval, Changan, Genesis, Deepal, Li Auto, Volvo, Fuso, UD Trucks, Shacman, Bajaj, Lifan, SDLG, and XCMG — for warranty, recall, and after-sales purposes.

We may also share information with GB Capital and its financing entities where you apply for installment or leasing options, with authorized dealers and service centers, and with vendors, consultants, and other third-party service providers who perform services for us, such as IT, hosting, payment processing, and customer support. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API) to provide showroom and service center locator functionality.
